At ground floor, north, HWA's curtain walling forms the external facade to the corridor and lobbies as well as internal lobby partitions.
The view from the Cavendish Road approach to the building is of the East stair curtain wall screen spanning 4 floors with a raking left jamb rainscreen interface all fixed to an exposed steel structure.
